South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol received a standing ovation at the White House on Wednesday after singing Don McLean's "American Pie" to a cheering crowd. The surprise performance occurred at the entertainment section of a White House state dinner on Wednesday evening, where U.S. President Joe Biden cajoled Yoon to sing the song, having learned it was his favourite.
