Agree totally that this book series is one of my favorites. When I read/listened to this book it was so "real" to me. Brandon is a master of his craft. The arc of Kaladin and bridge four was one of my favorites as well. It was hope in the midst of darkness. Your video is making me want to do a rereading for the 3rd time. Kaladin's self-loathing did kind of become a bit much after a while, but I can't recall if I started to feel that way in this book or if it was later. I aspire to this level of writing. Don't know if I'll ever get here but, oh man, I'm hopeful. As a 48 year old with limited time left on this world I have a short amount of time to try. Lord willing... Thanks for your channel Daniel. I'm so in love with Kaladin. He is an underdog-gentleman, Amazing Mix. And his Story, I love it so much. Ich love the hole Book. Also when Shallan Break the amazing Storyline with her own. Ich actually find her very boring. Dalinor and Kal are able to catch you. Sometimes It was hard to not hate all higheyes incluedes Adolin and Dalinor just for the Society they live in, whiche broard Kal in the horrible and unfair Situation of becoming a Slave and a Brigheman. And the Epic Endingfight was amazing. Sorry for my bad English. It's Not my motherlanguage

I finally went ahead and read this book, since I heard that Book 4 is coming out soon. It’s been on my list forever! The world-building was really amazing, and the action scenes (assassinations, battles, etc.) were some of the best I’ve ever read. My only small complaint was with the pacing, I felt some story arcs like Shallan’s took quite a while to get somewhere. I’m really looking forward to reading the next one, and learning more about this world and its rich history.

I am absolutely loving this series. I didn’t think I would be that into such a peculiar fantastical world like this but it’s really great storytelling. I loved Elantra’s and mistborn and am not disappointed. Currently on the 3rd book hoping the 4th comes out soon
