HOT HONEY BUTTER CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

Approx. 3 lbs wings, tips removed, pat dried and coated with 2 tsps olive oil (optional)

1 tbsp Jamaica Valley Chicken seasoning

1/2 tbsp Jamaica Valley Chicken spice

2 tsp Paprika

2 tsps Garlic Powder

2 tsps onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Seasoned flour
-------------------------
2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsps J.V. Chicken Seasoning

1 tsp paprika

2 tsps onion powder

Salt and Pepper to taste

Pinch of egg powder coloring(OPTIONAL)

Enough cool water to dip all pieces at once if you choose to

Vegetable Oil for deepfrying

3/4 stick butter, melted

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp Chipotle pepper

1/2 cup Hot Sauce

1/2 cup honey

Salt if necessary
