Every Thursday at 8pm EST, I will be live on YouTube grilling claimants with questions for their upcoming ALJ hearing. Just call 407-279-1754 and we will run questions together. First come, first serve, and please remember to use a pseudo name.

Howdy guys, my name is Attorney Walter Rudolph Hnot, III. New Jersey born, MBA, JD, Master Mason and a tireless advocate for the homeless and low income who are seeking disability benefits. It's simple, if you are within the law's requirements for disability benefits, you get a check every month, and health insurance. No, it doesn't include a new iPhone, house or cool car, but, with your SSI/SSDI disability backpay, you can potentially get those things...with your own disability money :-). I created this channel because of how many crazy things I was hearing out in the general public on how this system works. I did library seminars, academia seminars, food truck seminars (which I prefer), etc...The online video platform is the best way to reach the majority of you guys.

I agree we definitely need to fix the problems here in American first.

I’m a social security employee and looking for other federal jobs on a daily basis. It’s not the same agency. It’s miserable there. We are overworked, understaffed and underpaid in comparison to other federal agencies.

never be rude or scream at a person and then expect them to help you!

Sending so much to other countries before fixing our own problems more just makes no sense at all.

Also, extreme micromanaging where one can't even go to the bathroom without supervisor questioning it.

I just got hired at an ssa office & you're spot on. We are overworked & understaffed. I worked at the ssa 1-800 number & i have 20 years of experience with ssa. We could run the ssa offices so much efficiently if we hired more service reps. I'm doing service rep work even though i was hired as claims rep. It's a highly dysfunctional, unorganized workplace. I don't recommend working for ssa. I'm looking for another job. Thanks for posting this video.

When I went into Social Security he was nice but he is 75 years old! Why is he not retired? Probably because of a shortage of people….

You got that right. We have problems here in America.

I imagine that this must be the most painful customer service position of all.

I am always incredibly nice to whomever I speak to on the phone for anything, even if I am incredibly pissed off. The SSA is the only one where being civil didn't get me anywhere, and I just needed to get a replacement card. Those employees will no longer get any sympathy from me

I think most people from SSA are just doing their job.

I tried to get a WFH CSR basic job and was turned down...so, now I'm on the other side pursuing SSDI.

I try my best to be calm and let them know that I know that they are only just doing their job and I do my best to always be polite and wish them a great day.

Seriously antiwar and we've blown so much money on a war that is none of our business. Our taxes going to the Ukraine Russia war has made the whole nation poorer. Thx Walter.

I was a new hire at SSA in November '22, I'm still struggling.

The hold over the phone is extremely long. Over an hour wait to even talk with a rep. I’ve been on hold for so long, I end up forgetting what I’m calling about. The reps are always pretty nice when I do get through but sheesh!
