NorthRidgeFix did an amazing job fixing my Asus ROG Strix White 4090 that melted due to the Cable Mod adapter. It is working perfectly and Cable Mod covered everything. Yes I didn't have my card for a month but they gave me the option to have my card fixed or buy another one if I could find it. I chose to have it fixed due to the rarity of these cards. Thank you for carrying everything to fix our 4090s ourselves in your store! I had some trouble because I was using a 35w soldering iron with a tiny tip, but somehow I managed to fix my card anyway, with quite a lot of help from my hot air station. It's been running hard every day since my repair last month and it still works fine so I'll take that as a win!

So glad my 4090 had faulty heatsink and RMA took it and had no replecement got my money back, awesome card but burning connector would haunt me everyday.. Now using 7900 xtx with three traditional 8 pins and no worries about it

Remembering huge 8 pin connectors on top videocards, sometimes up to 3 of them stacked in a line and seeing this puny little connector on like 500w gpu is just laughable

Thanks Northridge because you made me aware of the crappy NVIDIA power connector I decided to go AMD Powercolor RX7900xtx liquid devil and I am really happy with my decision. As I overclock it and it draws 470 watts and no melting issues with my triple pci-e power cables
