I am already using menstrual cup from the past year... And yes girls it won't break your hymen...Those cups won't reach till your hymen. (just saying) nor it will hurt so much... The period crams are more painful... You can go for it without thinking much

I use azah which are biodegradable pads as well. I prefer them over carmesi, nua and peesafe in terms of comfort and performance. I really want to switch to menstrual cup but still in two minds. Do let us know your experience ❤

Menstrual cups according to new research can cause pelvic prolapse, the time u can use to it, trial and error, if inserted incorrectly
