Patagonia also pays their employees well

Their products are also fair trade which means they don’t exploit their workers. Lifetime warranty. There are bad companies that you should call out for overcharging, exploitation, and harming the environment. Patagonia is not one of those companies.

I get this is a joke but Patagonia is legitimately an ethical brand. I have friends that worked there for years because they paid their employees well and excellent management.

Also they cost 40 if you buy in bulk not just 1

I’ve had the same Patagonia down jacket for nearly 8 years and it’s worn so well. It’s worth it. I love their products

What he’s not telling you is it’s not this easy to do any of this. They’re not worried about one cheap customer

Well feel free to buy 1, 000+ pieces at $40/each then you’re all set. You got yourself a $40 micro puff down 👍

I have some Patagonia stuff that’s handed down from the 80’s. They also donate to good causes, alongside of the things mentioned in the video.
I want to support a business that pays their employees well, and mostly manufactures in the US while also keeping an eye on their own environmental footprint.

So many more expenses that are built into the price of each product that most people are not aware.

Not to mention when I severely ripped open in the pocket on a doorhandle of my down jacket that was 300+ dollars, I promptly sent it to Patagonia for a very nominal fee. They repaired it perfection, which really is amazing, and there’s zero change in the whole entire garment; jacket is as new. Customer for life.

So glad to see all the Patagonia love in the comments I've been using their stuff for decades and it's completely worth it from the quality of the materials the bomber warranty program the behavior of the company environmentally and sustainability and how they treat their employees. And there are plenty of super cheap fast fashion alternatives if folks would like to compare.

In 1982 I Bought my first Patagonia at the Mountain Shop in Curry Village, Yosemite National Park. It was a niche market & only Climbers, Mountaineers & Professional Fishermen & the like wore it. This is When Chounaird was also still a Company. Yvon Chounaird is truly inimitable & extremely creative.

There’s a Patagonia in Westport Connecticut it’s one of the nicest I’ve ever been to in the country and they pay their employees about 20 bucks an hour at the minimum

There is a lot of truth in the r&d side of things, especially the fly fishing side of things. Also their warranty and continued coverage of product is really great. So thats part of what you pay for.

Also you made a fake phone call to yourself, not a garment manufacturer in Bangladesh, Jordan or Vietnam or wherever that supplies Patagonia. Did any of you guys notice that too? I’m effin Sherlock Holmestown ova here!
