Did you ever figure out how to flip to canvas? It's not in a super obvious spot, but you can find it if you pull up the layers, it should be on the left-most side of that panel ! :]

IbisPaint is great, the one ad to get all the brushes doesn’t feel as sleezy as it really could and it’s often not even a super long ad. It’s my favorite tool.

For the slip canvas go to layers and it should loook smth like ->|<- or smth like that! On the bottom where you see a mini thing of ur artwork

i've been using ibispaint for years and i fully believe that you don't need a super professional app to make good art. ibispaint has a good variety of brushes and most of the features that other apps provide. the only complain i would have for it is that you can't use too many layers on a big canvas or the app slows down and crashes.

As an ibis user, here's some info i learned the hard way. To get an easier glowy effect, you can use the magic known as multiply & add. Use your preffered color and use a large brush to cover the canvas (trust me) then set the layer to multiply. You can mess around with the hues and shades of the darker color to get the correct wffect you want. Then make a new layer and set it to add. Use a lighter color (but not too light, otherwise it'll just turn white) and color your highlights and glowy areas. You can use blur tool and airbrush brushes to get a soft light if wanted. You can still adjust layer opacities of both of these layers to make the effect harsher or more subtle. Hope this helps as a neat little trick! Once ypu get it, it's super easy.

IbisPaint X was a godsend for me when I was in school. It is the main app I use for everything art related and I love it so much that I did buy the full version the moment I was able to because it beats having to watch an ad every time you wanna use all the brushes plus the added bonus of there not being any banner ads, allowing your canvas to have all possible space. It has been a great investment.

Back when I first started using it, you couldn’t make custom brushes, animations, nor did it have the handy special tools like the liquify pen, but devs have done well by adding new features to make IbisPaint more versatile.

The good thing about the ad it’s only one for ALL the brushes (as she said in the video) and you get them for 18 hours, so it’s a good, free, useful digital art app for artist, as an artist the ad is now a part of my morning routine, =)
