nope, that's not the problem. The problem is the printer is jamming paper and causing E 3 error

It didn’t fix it, i hear the cartridge clicking inside somehow it’s trying to move, but it could not enter. The error. Message comes again after pressing the paper button within three seconds.

I fixed mine in the garage with a big hammer. Really !!!need a damn app to access a printer !!! How about putting the settings into the software that you can access on a COMPUTER!!! Never again

my printer like this modle new brand printing no color no black at all connected wifi to windows 7 64bit and installed drivers and scan perfectly but when printing the paper inter throw printer and get out with no print it is very strange and I have done everything but the same result I changed the ink cartridges and I changed the size of the paper setting unfortunately the same result if anyone will help thanks
