Check out my website or send me an email if you are interested in private speech therapy sessions with me and you are in the state of Maryland.

If you are wondering how to fix a lisp and how to say the "S" sound perfectly, stay tuned for today's video. This is a full speech therapy session where I teach you how to make the "S" sound. There is a magic trick that I share to make a perfect "S" every single time. This is part one of a multi-part series I plan to make on how to make the "S" sound. Today, we are practicing the "S" in isolation, all by itself. You will learn speech therapy strategies to improve your articulation and overall intelligibility. I look forward to seeing you next week for part two!

I'm 20 yrs. old dealing with my lisp for my whole life. I thought this problem can not be fixed. It affects my social interaction because I always avoid people noticing my speech condition. Thank you so much for the help 🥺

I didn’t know I had a slight lisp until I was about 25. Now I’m 44 and I realized I could probably find on YouTube how to do it and this is tsuuuuper helpful. I’ve been doing it with an O-mouth and the toung below my under theeth with a slight gap between my teeth. Mind blowing actually. Why have I not done this before? 😳

Thank you so much for this!!! Needing this for my daughter, and we can't afford speech therapy right now!! Mine has a frontal lisp, and I've been looking for apps and resources for her and came across this. She also started stuttering around 3 years old and was speaking so clearly before, but she's always had a lisp. She's also a mouth breather, and I think the lisp is related to that.

This series is such a gem for me. I'm in Taiwan and I want to help my EFL student make a crisp. (It comes out as a loose "sh.") I'm not even sure English speech therapy exists here. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this, my 4 year old said super clearly for the first time. Her problem was saying the T sound instead of the S sound so it was an easy transition for her. She would say Tuper instead of Super.

Hello there, I'm 22 and I've been facing this lateral SSS problem since childhood. whenever I produce this sound, my tongue blade touches the alveolar ridge alright, but then, the upper jaw pushes forward ahead of the lower jaw thereby leaving a gap between which leads to a splashy or wet SSS or ZZZ or XXX, since air escapes over the sides and front.

Hi, me and my son who is 5 have been watching and have learned so much. He is making great progress. Thank you so much for this series !! It is so helpful and I love how you really break it down step by step. Is there any way to support your work? Do you also have a series for the ‘r’ sound?
