Huli Huli Ribs with Sriracha BBQ Sauce for grilling season! 🍖🌶🍍🔥

While in Hawaii for some needed time off, I made sure to try as much Huli Huli Chicken and Ribs that I could find. After much rigorous research (aka lots of eating), I developed my own take on the famous dish itself. I know this recipe isn’t the traditional way of making the ribs, but I had a blast learning and growing in my fire cooking knowledge from the local Hawaiian cooks/chefs! I am adding some chile powder to the spice rub in order to kick up some of the heat (which I love). For some moisture, we spritz the outside with pineapple juice and ACV! I also cooked this on my Fuegos Grill, rotating the grilling basket to get that “rotisserie” vibe (and got some much needed cooking advice from @alfrugoniofc too). Finally, I am serving with sweet and spicy Sriracha BBQ Sauce as a glaze or on the side for dipping. Find the whole recipe on my blog or linked in my bio!🍻👍

Talked with a pit master in Hawaii and he recommended to keep the membrane on as it retains moisture and prevents them from burning. Cook how you feel comfortable!

I'm from hawaii braddah where Huli Huli chicken is big time and was made this looks real Ono cuz good stuff 🤙🏽
