Machanka

This is my favorite meal from my childhood

Ingredients
Pork ribs
Pork belly
Sausages
Broth from ribs
Flour
Sour cream
Spices to taste

Boil ribs for 15 min. Fry belly, ribs and sausages. Sprinkle with seasoned flour and mix, after 2 minutes add broth and cook until thick, 3-4 min. Add sour cream and remove from heat. Serve with pancakes.

If we had a more money to spend, my mom will buy a Instan Noodle for dinner.
