Made this tonight for dinner, it was incredible. I added in some broccoli because I had some, and some crushed red pepper flakes. Easy, delicious, healthy, what more could you want? Cashew cream is effing amazing.

I was very apprehensive about this considering there was no nutritional yeast or anything, but hot for food has never let me down, so I tried it AND IT IS MY FAVORITE THING IN THE WORD THANK YOU LAUREN AND JOHN YA'LL ARE AMAZING

I've been watching your videos for a couple months now and you've become by far my favorite channel on YouTube. Wednesday has become my favorite day of the week thanks to you guys, and you inspired me to become vegan, despite the challenges that I faced going into it. Not only am I young, I'm also allergic to soy, almonds, hazelnuts, cherries, and carrots. Two of those items (I'm sure you can guess which) made it incredibly difficult for me to switch over to a successful vegan diet, but you guys fueled me and gave me the energy to work hard for it. Here's to you. You guys change lives. ☺️

I just wanted to say thanks. For your virtual support of my vegan journey:). I was Pescetarian (no meat, eggs and honey) for 2 months. And then I was lacto-vegetarian (I try to consume as less milk as I can) for 4 months. Finally 🎊I'm vegan since about 20 days now. 🤗 Thanks for your recipes and the love you keep spreading.

This is great! I've made a fettuccini twice with a cashew cream and I was finding that the sauce was getting to dry once I put the pasta in. So I see you made yours thinner with the stock, I'm definitely gonna try that. Thanks for the video!

I used this as a rough guide and of course it turned out fabulous. Used pea milk to replace most of the water and OMG. Gotta get me some spinach though. Thank you!

This recipe is so delicious! I gave it to my family and they were impressed it was vegan. The sauce is creamy and all together is so tasty! I didn’t add the white wine or the vegetable stock, I added water when I was sautéing the mushrooms and i didn’t find the need to add more liquids. It still tasted really good.

OKAY i was sceptical about this because the last time i made a recipe with cashew cream, it tasted very much of cashew. But this is incredible! It tastes absolutely amazing!! Thank you, so VERY much, for giving us this recipe.
