How much this plant cost? What volume of pyrolysis oil it produces per day?

To the poster: Cool video. To anyone else asking tons of questions: there’s no engineer sitting online answering to your questions so just shut up and watch or move on.

So you burn gas or gasoline to convert plastic in oil and fuel instead producing new plastic or chemicals for plastic regeneration.
1) Some kind of plastics generate dioxine: how do you eliminate it?
2) By pyrolysis (or cracking) you obtain alkenes, not alkanes needed for fuel; so to get alkanes you must use hydrogen and catalyst in a secondary reactor.
3) The crude product needs fractional distillation purifiering the alkenes, separated for molecular mass.
4) Where do you put the residual tar?
5) How many is the energetic balance between consumed energy and the final product?
6) Which kind of plastic do use? Also halogenated polymers?
