@italianrlm11 To clear up the confusion, Ginger beer is a carbonated drink that is flavored primarily with ginger and sweetened with sugar or artificial sweeteners. Most ginger beer produced commercially is a manufactured soft drink. :) Regular Ginger Ale will work as well.

I tried 1/8 tsp of ginger powder, 1/8 tsp of Maca powder, 1/8 tsp of dill seed powder added to 1-1/2 cups of apple juice plus 1 tsp of really good honey and it worked great. Carrots were very tasty without being butter fatty. You can probably make "morning carrots" by using a Manhattan special - Now that's a carbonated drink!
