Thanks Rinpoche. I have been meditating for several years now. I couldn't start for a long time, but thanks to Rinpoche, I found my way to meditation.

Thoughts coming and going but the sky is still the sky

Thank you. Want to offer a suggestion. The biggest challenge the world faces is handling multiple thoughts.
Be careful what you feed your mind. Feed trash and trash will come out. Avoid comparing yourself with others, avoid storing bottled up emotions, reduce watching negative social media—fake news channels and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Thoughts keep changing. Your breath is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress and overthinking. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. You can sit straight on a chair, eyes closed but avoid deep breathing. If distracted bring focus back on the breath. Never meditate with expectations. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath before sleep, when travelling, when reading, at the workplace, in the park etc, Counting backwards slowly from 50 to 0 also reduces overthinking. Best wishes--Counsellor.

Thank you ☺️🙏🏼 this is great! I relate as someone with a history of panic attacks. I appreciate the light-heartedness… pizza come, pizza go 😂 perfectly ok 👍🏽

The innate love and compassion I have trouble recognizing, and don't understand why it is a part of awareness.

I would have loved to ask how important is yoga to get spiritual enlightenment and what are the benefits of certain asanas for example? :)

Yongey seems a really great man, even though there are no signs he ever reads the comments…
Too bad he is not in the position to speak about real shit that bothers most laymen - relationships, excessive sexuality, overeating, substance… And that reflects in the number of views.

I race sailboat and my position is demanding and often criticized when problems occur... to bring awareness to breath really helps me be thankful an greatful, even for these sometimes deadly sail problems... even if we capsize... focus on breath. LOVE Compassion and Kindness save the day! ❤
