As a WI native, you don't get the standard cheese (which i know is Dave's MO) from Ians. Their 'interesting flavors' like Mac and Cheese, Cheese Steak, etc are the way to go there. Also, if Dave doesn't check out Zaffiros or Lisa's Pizza, he's doing Milwaukee pizza dirty.

It’s okay to give a pizza a 7.0, Dave! 7 is a rookie score. 7.0 means it’s better than 6.9 but not good enough to be 7.1

Ian's pizza is a great slice shop in both Milwaukee and Madison. When I go to do the Film and History Conference, I always eat a slice or 4 at Ian's. Depending on the day it's definitely a 6.9 or 7.1. I love their pepperoni slice.
