Despite what you might think, Europe has quite a few weird borders. In this video, I cover three of them. I explain why each of the following places exist: The Netherlands Panhandle, Baarle (Baarle-Hertog & Baarle-Nassau), and the Dieveniškės Appendix/Lithuanian Appendix.
