Foil-Baked Cod with Veggies and Dill Butter - Healthy light dish

Healthy light recipe for everyone - it is friendly for your heart. Eat more, weight less!
Cook Easy Recipe:
2 cod fillets (about 1 lb. total)
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp. salt
Fresh thyme and dill
Peel carrot and cut into thin slices. Cut celery into thin slices. Mince garlic. Beat together soft butter, chopped dill and minced garlic. Place code filet on the aluminum foil sheet. Sprinkle fish with half amount of salt, carrots, celery and dill butter. Fold the foil around to form a pocket. Repeat the same with a second fish fillet. Bake on 375 F (190 C) for 15-20 minutes.
