Korean Style Beef Short Ribs

To make a long story even longer....I got a tip that a Costco in the area had beef, bone in ribs. I was expecting the Dino ribs. What I found was thin sliced bone in ribs. I had a plan for the large ribs....I didn't for these little fellas.
So what's a griller to do? I went with what I had on hand. Yoshidia's and garlic should do the trick right?
I edited out some of my trial and error. 3 min per side with no rotation worked perfect on the Yoder YS640 with Grill Grates installed. Open firebox and I had the temp set at 500.
