Shareef Amin was seriously injured fighting with the Ukrainian army has returned to the conflict after recovering in the UK.

He was lucky to survive after being hit multiple times by Russian fire on the frontlines.

In December he was evacuated to the UK, following surgeries to save his arm and leg in a military hospital in Odessa.

"I didn't know whether I'd ever be able to operate as a soldier or a humanitarian again," he said.

I'm sure he was surprised when he got there. It wasn't the group of underequiped farmers and schoolchildren the brits and yanks are used to fighting, or conscripted men with shovels that the BBC claimed were the russian troops. 😂😂.

I am left speechless at his positive attitude, sacrifice, determination and courage. I remember when he was serverly injured and l thought the war for him must be over now. Absolutely amazed at his recovery snd continued determination. God bless him . God bless them all ❤🙏
