Thank heavens for the prisoner swap and Brits are home where they belong. Hope they all heal and feel much better from their traumas soon. Wishing love, light, peace and blessings to all x

"A reformed Russia" is impossible.
Over centuries all nations develop a culture or personality.
Russian culture begins with Genghis Khan :-
Ivan III was the bagman for the Mongols.
He acquired enough power to break free (1480) but still governed in an Asiatic manner.
Peter I (d.1725) modernised Russia, but vastly increased serfdom and autocracy.
Catherine the Great (d. 1796) created 400k serfs to give to her lovers, and she was "enlightened".
The Orthodox church isolated itself from western ideas, remained medieval & mystical, and opposed the emancipation of serfs (1861) because they were the biggest land owners.
The Russian revolution (1917) was more anticipated than the French (1789) - everyone could see the horror of Russia was unsustainable.
Russia segued into fanatical totalitarianism (Bolshevism),
which became Stalinist terror, and is now KGB gangsterism.
In the 1930s an internal KGB memo said, "We are the new aristocracy" ; and by implication the Russian people are the new serfs.
Beria, Stalin's intelligence chief was a serial rapist and the KGB would arrest any woman he took a fancy to.
Solzhenitsyn said, "There has never been any law in Russia".

Don’t blame them if they NEVER want to go to war again…….much less leave Britain again.

For all the other things we know about them, here is one good thing the Saudis have done.

Pretty obvious that UK & USA paid or quid pro quo with Saudi to broker this deal. 🤔 At least Aiden won't have criminal charges on him in the UK like he did the last 2 times!

I am glad that he is back and that he is good. He shouldn't go there because it's totall mess. As someone who is an expert on this topic i have to say that Russia is in big problem in Ukraine if they don't send minimum 200 000 men and modern weapons. With current military situation the war will be over in two years. Next year Ukrainians will get Zaporozje and Herson regions, and year after the they will occupy Donjeck and Lugansk oblast. Ukrainians will not try to back Crimea because of Russian big fleet there in Sevastopol. This is very important strategic Russian position and Ukrainians know that. But with if Russia get 200, 300 000 additional troops situation would be different. Russians will maintain current position and next year they will occupy the rest of Donjeck oblast. That will be enough for both sides and we will have peace or the beginning of negotiations.

A lot of men and women help out in nonviolent ways; war has no exceptions, only casualties.
