We all have fears. Some rational, some not. But what's important is that we deal with our fears in ways that don't make the emotion of fear worse than the actual outcome of the fear itself. Often, our imaginations run away with over-the-top constructions of the future that ruin our ability to enjoy the present. And the only thing worse than our fears coming true, is living out the emotional consequences of our fears coming true without them even doing so.
