In this video, I share with you my 5-step onboarding process that I use for all of my freelance clients. This is a client onboarding process that I created when I first started my social media marketing and digital marketing freelance business, Digital Sargeant. I took all of my digital marketing experience from the agency and the executive level and applied all the good stuff to my business.

This is an onboarding formula for my social media marketing clients and digital marketing clients that is friction-free for both the client and me!
