📲 How To Onboard NEW SMMA Clients in 2021

In today's video, I dive into the SMMA onboarding process I use within my own agency, the Affluent Agency.

Onboarding is the time to address questions and concerns and ensure the client understands the services available.

It can also be the most time-consuming part of the relationship because you’re just getting to know your new client.

You’re learning about their products or services, goals, brand, and brand voice, not to mention requesting access to all of their social media accounts, logins, and tools they might already be using.

If your client onboarding process isn’t ironed out, there might be a lot of kinks in the process that can irritate your new client (and you) before you even start.

Woah! This is just perfect and great timing! I've been redoing my SMMA systems and I'm now on my Onboarding process. Glad that you mention, client communication! I've been considering if I should use slack for client communication. You are so right about WhatsApp! I use this too with my current client and our communication is so much easier. This is honestly the best video I have seen on the specific process of signing and onboarding a client. As a young person who is starting an agency, I can say that this video has been the most beneficial and informative video I have seen. It has certainly boosted my understanding and knowledge of SMMA and hopefully I can use it to create a successful agency. Thanks Jordan 🙏

I'have a suggestion, google have introduced a new chat feature in Gmail, we can easily make a chat room and join our team and clients, everyone don't have whatsapp but everyone have email.
