So I know this is 2 years old but I just want to say that Short vague subject lines are REALLY good. I know from experience that especially appropriate person and quick question work wonders. Its a bit like a YT Thumbnail. You want them to have Questionmarks over their heads to open it.

The best subject line is something personal and valuable. I do not recommend using generic lines from free YouTube videos. But it doesn’t mean this videos is useless. It give you an idea how to write subject line and I do agree with Patrick’s suggestions. Good luck everybody.
