Welcome to Moore2Health! If you're new to barre workouts and looking to tone and strengthen your muscles, you're in the right place. Join me for this beginner friendly 15 minute lower body barre workout that will leave you feeling energized.

In this workout, we'll target key muscle groups through a series of low impact exercises inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. No dance experience required – just a willingness to challenge yourself and have fun!

Remember to listen to your body throughout the workout and modify the intensity as needed.

This is a fantastic glute workout! Use this as an add-on to any walking workout and have a great stretch out afterwards. I promise you, done right this will make your glutes remind you are there the day after!! Brilliant workout. Have done this a few times but only just realised I'd never said how much I enjoyed it, but I'm glad because after doing it a few times it just gets better and you appreciate how to do it effectively. Love it...though my butt sometimes questions my sanity in doing it!! ❤
