Still, I wish for this advice to contain something about:

Realizing the state of the intention, that causes the fear, or that is in-fear of being lost.
And Practicing making a decision on the desired state for the intention, with respect to the "coming test" (relevant situation).

Also practice noticing the source of fear, And it takes a few tries to being able to differentiate between "the push of the habit" and "the push of relevance", "push" as in being driven with high amount of fear (or any emotion or other sub system intentions).
