Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cookie Mix Review

Betty Crocker has a limited edition Gingerbread Cookie Mix out this year and I couldn't resist testing it out. In the video I will show you how to make the gingerbread cookies and will also decorate them using the products in the box. You do need to add 60g butter, an egg yolk, and 3 tablespoons of golden syrup.

The cookies taste delicious, however the mix was a little dry and I needed to add a little more syrup and butter so it would come together to make the dough.

The biscuits do taste delicious, very spicy.
The dough is firm enough to make a gingerbread house, but you may need more than one box depending on the size of the house you want to make and if you did plan on making a house you would also need some royal icing to join it together.
