How often are you feeling overwhelmed AF? Monthly? Weekly? Every-Freaking-Daily? You’re not alone. We live in a noisier, busier world than ever before and our brains aren’t designed to keep up with the new pace.
In this video, I want to EXPAND on how to make your overwhelm disappear with a brain dump, by taking that concept further with 4 steps to avoiding overwhelm in the future too. Because let’s get real...this is a pattern and until we break the habits behind it, a simple brain dump will only be a bandaid.

First step: admitting “I am overwhelmed!” and understanding WHY (it’s not just because of what’s happening). And then doing the right things to not just overcome overwhelm right now, but really break the inner patterns leading to it.
