Raging driver RAMS police officer off his motorbike in horror hit and run

THIS is the shocking moment a disqualified motorist deliberately rammed a cop off his motorbike before driving away.

Joseph Ward, 24, left Inspector Tony McGovern with injuries to his legs, shoulder and back and needing hospital treatment.

Ward, who had also conned motorists whilst impersonating a policeman, was arrested weeks after for grievous bodily harm with intent on Insp McGovern as well as driving whilst disqualified.

Suspect did this to me. Left me for dead. Eventually arrested. Sufficient to charge and remand in custody. CPS bailed him. He has now been wanted/missing for three years. This is one of the reasons I left after 21 years. The system is broken.

In US the policeman had a right to off load 20 rounds of 9mm into driver. In UK its 6 month suspended sentance 10 month driving ban and £150 fine

This is absolutely horrific. The motorbike office was polite but firm. Next a homicidal narcissistic sociopath thinks he can ram him? This beast needs fully investigating. Why? If this sociopath is capable of this malevolent deed what else has been up to? Finally I hope the officer was not hurt the imagine this awful incident shook him up. 👮‍♂️🙏🇬🇧

Listening to the offenders accent he's a "Traveler" or "Pikie" to many. There a protected ethnic people. I know what I'd like to do to protect them and it involves the use of a base ball bat

Charge him with attempted Murder, but wait the DA will give no Bail drop the charge and give Him no Jail time. Why would anyone want to be in Law enforement today?

British cops and criminals are very polite and courteous. American criminals would probably have gotten out and tried to shoot him after hitting him with the SUV. American cops would have already had their guns drawn during the traffic stop and would have filled him full of holes before he could have gotten away.
