I was there grown kids and I were up on the hill looking down at the lake. We came from NE Ct and got there about 8am. What an incredible day that was ! Everyone was so cheerful and from all over the country and the world. Did you happen across the Aussy reporter from Skynews ? He was all over the place. Such a beautiful day to share an incredible event with so many people !

This is awesome!!! Gives me shivers because I saw it next to a creek near the canadian border and the bizarre reflections and highlights. The whole experience was so bizarre and magical with the entire horizon a glow. I'll never forget it and I'm glad I planned for the crush of crowds. The eastern back roads of Vermont were busy but they were hardly a hassle to travel. That part was hilarious considering people's reviews of Vermont's roads systems. They are fine for the population and then some but 1/4 million people is a big ask.
