Finally! A Nutritionist who knows stuff! I've been to several over the years, since I was diagnosed with Type 2 back in 2006, and they were USELESS. Fortunately my sister introduced me to LCHF in 2016 and from there IF and loads of other great information. I love what you've said in the 3 videos I've watched thus far. I STRUGGLE!!! with sticking to LCHF or Keto. I am a carb addict 100%. But I have found that Fasting is the key for me. Still, as I have to eat at some point that is where I can come unstuck. Hopefully you will have ideas that work for my annoyingly childish taste buds! Back to your videos for me!

Autumn, I want to say how thankful I am to have found your channel when I did. I believe it saved my life. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and PTSD. I was 40, I lost my husband, my father, my brother, my cousin in that order that year. I laid in my bed for 6 years, and gained 100 pounds. I tried to find something to make me feel better but all I wanted to do was die. 3 years ago I had to have my gallbladder removed then my uterus… i finally began seeing a psychiatrist and I started feeling better and then I found your channel….I couldn’t stop watching, I began reducing my sugar intake slowly and then 2 months ago I tried fasting, first 12/12 then 16/8. Last week I was able to do Omad. I didn’t think it was possible! I feel better than I have in years, my energy level is through the roof, I’m walking 30 mins a day and swimming for an hour, my mood has changed dramatically. I used to have Seizure like an anxiety attacks. Nausea, severe bloating. ALL OF THAT IS GONE! I feel like I may be able to work again. I had no idea how much sugar was killing me and not just physically, but mentally. I have watched several intermediate fasting channels, all of them have been helpful. But I want you to know that it was your channel that guided me in the right direction. Thank you 🙏

I think I'm getting fatty liver. My liver enzymes are wonky the last year or so... gaining weight, skin tags, sleepy after eating, no energy, fat gut, only 52 y.o. Starting to finally make some changes before I end up diabetic like my dad did.

I get bloated when I am emotionally stressed to tell you the truth. Still, in spite of the fact that I do consume carbohydrates while intermittent fasting, I control the amount of starchy carbohydrates I consume on a daily basis while maintaining a moderate activity throughout the day ( specifically I enjoy walking a lot ). WHOA! I went through a cold turkey sugar detox a couple of weeks ago and haven’t had it since. Before that I realized I was so thirsty at night even though I drink a ton of water and now my head is like 🤯🤯🤯 thank god I got on this but will still talk to my doc about it tomorrow at my annual.

Quitting sugar was the hardest thing for me to do. I used to dream of the three C's, cookies, candy and cakes.
I have won the battle and I feel great and have no more cravings!

This makes so much sense! I've been trying to lose weight (10lbs) and I've been eating a lot of fruit which has probably spiked my glucose levels 🤦🏻‍♀️

Oh my gosh the skin tag one. I’ve been having skin tags pop up everywhere. I remember Patrick Delves saying that its fungus in the body causing them which is from the refined sugars in excess

I'm always hungry and constant thirsty while drinking water. I definitely get hangry AF and have not been able to lose even a pound but I eat almost no sugar or carbs other than leafy greens and the small amount in nuts once in a while.

I've also noticed I get bloated when there is a shift in the weather, for instance these days in Greece we got some extreme heat alongside with moisture and I get bloated. The same applies when there is a change let's say to extreme cold or from sunny days to wet days. I haven't ever figured it out why that occurs to me xD.
