I'm glad you put this out because my first awakening happened many years ago. Still this past few months months have been a bit crazy. Just as you discribed.
5 days ago I was approached by a woman I had never met and she was so upset saying she had to talk with me about the feeling that she was going crazy and after I got her calmed down she said she felt like she had been ejected from her spiritual journey because she was having all the old stuff coming back up. I assured her it was a natural process and gave her some tips that I use during these reoccurring periods. I call it cleaning out the attic and while it can be a powerful and difficult experience it can also be useful. I'm so glad things are calming down as being 82 yrs my body needs a bit more rest. 😂😂😂Keep on keeping on. ❤❤❤❤
