How to unbuckle the Alpha Elite skate by Roller Derby to get it off your foot

Help! I can't get my skate off! How to take off Alpha skate. To release spider clip and get the Roller Derby Alpha Elite inline skate off your foot, push DOWN on the spider clip on the bottom strap. If you pull up on the clip it will ratchet down and tighten. To release the top strap, feed the strap into the buckle a bit and then PULL up on the buckle.

I try to remover them out of my feet literally my sister help mentaking them off pulling on my foot do to didn't want to get off my feet
