Jocko owns Victory MMA in San Diego.
He did a podcast with Andrew Huberman and another with Dave Castro where he talks about how his regiment involves around CrossFit style workouts, heavy lifting, a lot of pull ups, and a lot of rucking.

Hes recently said he ruks, hikes with weight vest, surfs, calisthenics and also does free weights and kettlebells. Said depending his schedule his workouts can go from 10 minutes to 2-3 hours & doesnt take rest day. Then also does BJJ/grappling at the gym he owns. Dudes crazy lol with his supplement company, bjj gym, teaching/motivational speaker, podcast host & the boot company.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jocko at the CrossFit Games this year and he is incredibly kind, soft spoken, and doesn't break your hand with a handshake haha with that being said, he still exudes that "get to work" attitude and it's inspiring. I'd definitely say take a chance to go walk through with him, or at the very least, meet/interview him.

I think a multi sport series would be cool. Either online reaction or irl, but say a football players gym, a hockey player, a soccer player and so on. All likely have similar staples, but the sport specific stuff could be fun to explore

Coop you should do mace reviews. It's a very underrated form of training, I use steel clubs and maces and I absolutely love them. More people should look into them
