I do chest and back on day 1, legs and abs od day 2, and arms day on day 3. Then rest and repeat. Works good for me.

My favorite split. Shoulders and arms in the middle on wednesday is great.I never liked push pull legs.

I find my chest hard to grow. It only looks big with a pump yet I train it hard and correctly?

Does it make sense to do chest flies (targeting the “mid chest) then incline dumbbell press and incline bench press?

chest and tris, back and bis, legs and shoulders, rest, chest and back, arms and shoulders. (My legs grow fast since i have long limbs)

I've been doing 4 day split so
Monday & Thursday: chest, triceps and legs

Tuesday & Friday:
back, shoulders and biceps

I've seen good results for legs, back and chest but my arms are still twigs so I'll be trying a new split but do you think its a good split?

if i had all the time in the world which one should i do: Chest/Back, Shoulder/Arms, Legs split and working out only x3 a week, or PPL split and working out x5-x6 a week?

Thats why i prefer a 4 day Torso/Limb routine.

Too much volume, doesn't make scenes waiting until u finish chest completely to start training back, I only do 2 sets per 2 exercises and I do them right after each other
