Lyrics by Eddie Berg.

What’s the point of living in the dark
Trying to stop the bleeding of the heart
Tell me why have you forsaken me
Only death will ever set me free
Take this pain away

Caught in a circuit
No means to an end
I’m trying to quiet the voice in my head
Just cut me open and leave me for dead

Why can’t I
Pull the thorn in my side
Lord knows I’ve tried
Watch the night
Like a knife in my back
Into the black

There’s something in the water
Pulling me down in the deep
Would you follow me to the edge
Would you follow me into the black

Into the black
Into the black

I feel a cold breath on my neck
Telling me that I could be next
Every day is a struggle to deal with the pain
Everything’s changing but I stay the same

Why can’t I
Pull the thorn in my side
Lord knows I’ve tried
Watch the night
Like a knife in my back
Into the black

There’s something in the water
Pulling me down in the deep
Would you follow me to the edge
Would you follow me

There’s something in the water
Pulling me down in the deep
Would you follow me to the edge
Would you follow me into the black

Into the black

Darkness arising
An endless horizon
Pulling me under
Into the black
Into the black

Eddie plays Violin, writes the lyrics, he screams like demon, he sings with angel’s voice, AND he got incredible acting, *WHAT CAN’T THIS MAN DO ???*

I seriously think Imminence is about to drop a generational metalcore album.

There's metal that helps you not to feel

And then theres this metal that helps you feel and express every emotion you need to release ❤

After every new song, I find myself thinking, 'Okay, this is their best one yet, ' and then they release a new single, and the cycle repeats. They're incredible. How do they consistently write such masterpieces and exceed their own standards every time? In love with them!
From Armenia, with love!

This song is so addictive. Harald's piano, into the heavy and brutal drums/guitar, then in comes that beautifully crafted violin track and Eddies clean vocals. All building into a brutal and soft, emotional masterpiece. This song is everything Imminence are. Continuum and The Black just feel like the absolute pinnacle. Congratulations Imminence, this album is just. Perfect.
