In this video we do a review/recap of the work we did on SO(3) and SU(2) and the notion of the parameter space. If you feel solid with the last lesson, you can skip this lesson. Our next lesson will cover a new topic: Homotopy! This will allow us to formalize how the two different parameter spaces make these groups different.

You mention that topology and algebra meet each other here. Indeed, I studied the ``What is a tensor" series. But especially during this series on Lie groups/algebra's I have the feeling to really start to *UNDERSTAND* topology (and its importance). For me, your lectures are unique !!
One extra question: I plan to find out the Lie-algebra for the SO(3, 1) group (= Lorentz invariance group). Is this significantly more difficult than for the Euclidean case ? Maybe any special hints that may be important ?
Remark: What a beautiful piece of math is Lie-algebra !
