I need more RAM on my server not with the modpack

This isn’t really helpful because I did this and on scalecube server still doesn’t have enough ram to run my modded server I was wondering if I increase my plan will it make me pay extra like to get the 4g ram it is 8ish dollars but I am already paying 5 will it make me pay 13 or can I just pay 3 more dollars and than get the 4g ram

this does not help with the scalacube launcher at all
