I dumped the SPI memory with a ch341a and was struggling with binwalk until I saw how you split the partitions.

Also dumped my FW near the same way but in my case I was able to read only 128 bytes blocks.
And later found FW published on a forum =))

Could you potentially design a 'case' in cad software and 3d print it so you could put it over the chip without having to remove it, and having holes for the jumpers(or custom prongs) that would align with the pins of the chip? An update on this would be really cool.
