I think it's worth noting that the piano may have intentionally been animated incorrectly, considering Cuphead is based on 30's era cartoons, which never really payed attention to that stuff. Just a thought though.

We can't forget that Mugman tried to play Chopsticks but he pressed a "wrong note" which played F, F# and G on a B key

People who made the show: just make it some what correct it's not like someone gonna check the exact cords that were played and see what was actually played, who does that?
