How to experience 1920x1080 in 1366x768 in windows 10

When I made this video I had a low spec laptop 1366x768 and now I have a 1920x1080 decent desktop pc

it did not work for me ....my icons were already small . i had a previous monitor 1920 * 1080 i exchanged with 1366*768 monitor and it was displaying in 1920*1080 untill i restarted my computer and lost the 1920*1080 display
