We have the LG DLEX4200 dryer and it seems the WRINKLE CARE cycle does not work properly. I press it, it lights up, but it never continues to tumble after the signal goes off. What am I doing wrong, or do I need service to come out?

Why is the default temperature on NORMAL is High? Is there a video that shows me how to change it. I’d rather use an app to change temperature and time, especially if I have a house sitter or a relative staying at my house.

I hate my machine. My combo, not even a year old, either leaves clothes wet, not damp, or fries them. On permanent press, the clothes are baked with wrinkles ironed in. Synthetics are the same, which destroys the stretch fibers prematurely. Towels, jeans are wet and need to be dried four or five times before they are simply damp. It's already had one kind of sensor replaced, but not much improvement. I've checked every website I can find, and none seem to help.

I’m planning to buy an LG dryer with steam but I will not connect the water hose to the dryer. Simply not interested in the steam function. Would that cause a problem?

I regret that I bought this dryer, bad, bad, bad! Turns off by itself with wet clothes in it. I don't know what to do. The worst choice I made when I bought this dryer

This is the worst choice in purchasing a washer/dryer. The dryer leaves clothes wet, unable to increase more time, had to call several times for service, in the process of another request. Can't afford to purchase another right, haven't had this set longer than six months. LG never again!

Both my new LG dryer and washers stopped working after 2 years spend ($1600 cash). I was planning on getting a set of appliances for my kitchen and a television for my brother but will probably switch to Samsung. They offered insurance but didnt know they were going to stopped working so soon. They also offer technical support but I hate all the calling, appointments, technicians not knowing what the issue is …
