I discovered my clothes were making me sick. I had chronic headaches joint pain and trouble sleeping. went through my clothes and bagged all the plastic and I started wearing only my cotton clothes and the few linen things. I all but stopped all my hot flashes, my head and body is so much better!!

I was looking to learn how the different fabrics look upclose and feel to the touch so that I can learn how to differentiate them when I am shopping. Unfortunately I have not learnt that.

I LOVE your videos but I miss your layering for winter outfits. They were *perfect* and actually warm. You layered so much and dressed so warm but still looked so good. You pulled off snow pants :P. Hope you will do another of those in the future!

Amazing video thank you! All my polyester clothes disgust me... luckily, most of my t-shirt s are 95% cotton, and most of my sweaters are at least 70% wool

I was curious as to whether polyester was really bad or if it was a housewife myth. I enjoy polyester because of the fact it traps heat since I get cold easily. I do love that you recommended the Cora ball and guppy friend since I don’t want to hurt the environment. Thanks for the amazing video breakdown!

I have become more aware lately of what materials my clothes are made from. My focus has been on natural fibers, especially wool and cotton. The slightly higher cost is worth it. They are more comfortable, better quality and they look great. Besides, polyester is not suited for very hot or cold temperatures.

Polyester doesn't trap moisture, that's misinformation. Why do you think sports wear is made out of polyester, because doesn't matter how much you sweat, it doesn't hold moisture like cotton.
As well, not all polyester fabric is the same.

Lol IDC if some material is bad for the environment or something, all I care are their features, how much warmth do they provide, how long they last etc. Environment is THE LEAST of my concern. I got money so I'm entitled to buy whatever the heck I want
