When throwing from power, make sure you keep your palm flat, and turn your hips and your knees, getting a bend for greater momentum. Keep up the good work!!

Make sure to have a good athletic stance and put the disc behind you up in the air before u yhrow

Make sure you are moving your hips and engaging your torso when you throw, you are loosing a lot of momentum
