I am on Beta channel & have been using Excel since 1993 (ver 5). It came on 11 floppy discs & was the 1st version to have VBA.

Excel web version is good for learning new function.
I face lot of issue whenever i tries to use conditional Formatting.

Few days ago. Clear Formatting stopped working. I had to use Format painter to clean the formatting 😅.

The desktop version is the one. I'm using VBA Macros to make it easy for my users to refresh data from Power Query. The online version is lacking the support I need to help the end user even further by automating their data refreshes - I can't wait until Power Automation and Automation Scripts can fully support my needs.

Beta user and prefer the desktop version altough use the mobile version for checking data or importing pictures to Excel such as receipts

I appreciate the new features in every excel update, but the newest office update is hideous. I think they designed it with AI, because there's inconsistancies all over the place. Mismatched sizes, elements not aligned, mismatched colours, and don't even get me started on the big push for Aptos (or how kerning the default font in the excel formula bar is straight up broken)...

No idea excel.new existed! I use desktop ver 2019, no interest in subscribing to Office 365.
