Supreme Court blocks Biden from ending Title 42

In a 5-to-4 decision, the Supreme Court decided to keep in place a pandemic-era restriction on immigration known as Title 42. The decision is in response to a petition from GOP-led states which argued that lifting the policy would lead to an even greater number of migrants crossing the border into cities where shelters are overcrowded. It’s not fair for most of these migrants to be allowed here to stay. One of my uncles from Mexico finally got his Visa after waiting 20+ yrs after applying for on in the 90 & he was patient about it. Not only that but you also have to pay fees to obtain one unlike these ppl who only pay smugglers for a chance to make it across.

Shut the borders down! We have enough issues here at home. Enough of this BS. They don't care about the U.S.. What are the benefits? We pay for food, health, housing, etc. We don't even do this for the homeless.

In the United States the laws are respected. Those people know from the moment they leave their countries that they will enter and live in the U.S. ILLEGALLY, and that doesn't bother them one bit. So why are they allowed to enter and sheltered and protected as if they were U.S. invited guests? By the fact that they are here ILLEGALLY, they should be put in jail or better yet, deported to their countries. They are treated with more consideration than some American citizens. How long is this crisis going to continue?
