This Virtual Lecture/Video will do a on the fly demonstration of wrting #JUNIT testcases for #REST Controller Layer and #Service Layer of a #REST Applicaiton. The test cases are written using #Mockito which is used to intercept the calls to #Service layer and #repository layer return the #mock #resultsets without requiring injection of datasources to the test classes. This video also demonstrated about the way to exclude #springsecurityautoconfiguration while writing the test cases for the controller components with the protected #REST #API #URLs. The ways to do intercept the method calls with void return type using Mockito is also demosntrated.
