SMASH BURGER TACOS 🌮✨These have been all over social media, and for good reason. So easy and delicious. Here’s how I make mine! 👇🏼

Ingredients:
1 lb 93/7 lean ground beef
12 street taco flour tortillas (~18 g each)
salt and pepper, to taste
12 slices Sargento ultra thin cheese
lettuce, tomato, pickles, chopped, for topping
1 batch light burger sauce (recipe on the blog)

Instructions:
1. Heat a large frying pan on high heat. Separate the beef into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls. Make sure you have your tortillas, seasoning and cheese ready to go.
2. Add 2-3 of the beef pieces to the hot pan (based on size of pan), add a tortilla on top of each and smash flat with a burger press or spatula.
3. Cook 2-3 min, until beef is browned and edges have crisped up a bit. Flip and reduce heat to low. Season with salt and pepper, add cheese and cover with a lid to melt.
4. Remove from pan and add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, burger sauce and enjoy!
